The key terms for using this website and understanding our service descriptions.
Last updated: October 2026
This website provides general information about Offload Remotely’s remote staffing and talent services. Service descriptions, timelines and prices are indicative until confirmed in a written proposal or client agreement.
Prices are shown in USD as monthly starting rates for typical part-time and full-time coverage. The final price, role responsibilities, working hours, start date and any special requirements are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins. A signed client agreement or written proposal governs the specific engagement where applicable.
Client services require a written agreement setting out service scope, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, data security, client instructions and access, workforce responsibilities, replacement procedures, dispute resolution, and any legally permissible liability limitations. No statement on this website excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or replaces obligations imposed by applicable employment, staffing, tax, or data protection law.
Any annual plan, notice requirements, treatment of partial months, staffing interruptions, refund timing, and the scope of services must be confirmed in the signed client agreement. Website descriptions are informational and do not themselves establish a service contract.
Subject to a separately agreed and signed service agreement, an eligible client may choose a 12-month managed staffing service paid upfront with a 10% discount against the standard monthly service price. If the client terminates early for convenience, services delivered through the effective termination date are recalculated at the standard monthly rate without the annual discount. Any remaining prepaid balance is refundable, with a minimum refund of $0 and no additional fee solely for early cancellation. This formula does not override mandatory legal rights or the client's contractual remedies for Offload Remotely's material failure to provide agreed services.
Any stated shortlist timeline is a target, not a guarantee. Timing depends on role requirements, availability and client decisions.
Offload Remotely provides managed remote staffing services, not permanent recruitment or placement. Professionals are engaged through Offload Remotely under arrangements appropriate to their role and jurisdiction; they are not transferred to the client merely by being assigned to provide services. When the agreed service period ends, the client assignment ends and Offload Remotely may retain or reassign the professional subject to applicable law and the professional's engagement terms. Any direct hiring or transfer requires a separate written agreement. The parties' responsibilities, including any obligations imposed by applicable law, are governed by the relevant client agreement and cannot be excluded by this website statement.
Clients are responsible for directing day-to-day work, granting appropriate access, providing accurate instructions and supervising professional or regulated decisions. Clients should keep access limited to what is necessary and remove access when no longer required.
Offload Remotely provides staffing and employment-administration support. It does not provide legal representation, legal advice, tax advice or accounting advice. Work involving regulated decisions must be reviewed and approved by appropriately qualified professionals.
Replacement support is governed by the terms confirmed in the relevant client agreement. Where a replacement is required, the parties will coordinate next steps under those terms.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accessible and links up to date, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduling, form, payment and other third-party services are subject to their own terms.
